About The Position

As a Learning & Development Engineer Program Advisor, you'll be at the heart of driving impactful employee development across engineering and operational teams. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and manage high-quality learning programs that align with business goals. This role blends strategic consulting, program management, and hands-on facilitation-offering a dynamic environment where your expertise will shape workforce capability and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in L&D, program management, or engineering operations.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).
  • Experience with instructional design, learning evaluation, and multimedia education.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, HR, or related field
  • Certifications in L&D, project management, or client engagement (e.g., CPLP, ATD, PMI).
  • Background in design thinking and learning experience design.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.
  • Skilled in adaptive mindset, digital literacy, and policy interpretation.
  • Passion for developing talent and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal clients, translating business needs into actionable learning strategies.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs using modern instructional design methods, including workshops, e-learning, and development centers.
  • Manage end-to-end learning initiatives, including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments by partnering with leaders to identify skill gaps and performance trends.
  • Facilitate impactful workshops and seminars for employees across various levels and functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business goals and drive employee development.
  • Leverage data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and refine learning strategies.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the L&D function, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
