Summary Statement This position is responsible for overseeing the production and installation of signs statewide. The operation consists of the Sign Production Shop in Dover and three County Sign Installation groups. Candidates must have experience using the MUTCD to ensure signs are produced and installed by Federal Standards. Candidates must have experience in staff supervision and management, experience in asset management, and experience in managing state contracts. Candidates will also be required to meet with the public, including contractors, homeowners and legislators.
