About The Position
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the safe, on time and on budget completion of assigned projects in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and billet casting facilities. Capital projects are typically $1M - $40M and could consist of refurbishments of existing equipment and/or new equipment installations. Projects are expected to be developed within Hydro's Capital Value Process. Typical job duties include but are not limited to working in a cross functional team from business case development through project hand-off to operations, schedule, and budget reporting, analyzing, and adjusting project team performance, delegating tasks effectively, and closing projects.
