About The Position

The Engineering Manager will oversee all development and delivery phases of complex technology programs and projects. This includes Discovery, Estimation, Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, and Release. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a comparable role within a technically complex environment. The candidate should have experience in executing cloud migration and upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Proficient in Agile Project Management Methodologies, Best Practices, Metrics, and tracking tools like ADO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of all development and delivery phases including Discovery, Estimation, Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, and Release of complex technology programs/projects.
• Formulate an integrated project plan and coordinate cross-functional teams for respective deliverables.
• Bridge the gap between business delivery expectations and realistic plans, influencing teams with data to negotiate revised plans.
• Create project plans, estimations, and resource loading.
• Identify project risks (e.g., specifications, costs, planning) and develop scenarios to overcome these risks by defining corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership and advise on technical solutions for the program being delivered.
• Evaluate architecture and participate in solution discussions.
• Drive client engagement from strategy planning to escalation management.
• Manage key technical discussions and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Collaborate with Architects, POs, Scrum Masters, and Engineers to form high-performing teams.
• Ensure delivery standards and best practices are utilized throughout the project lifecycle.
