Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Strong product mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Proficient in leading high-performing teams that deliver business outcomes.
Strong technical foundation for making appropriate technical decisions.
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure is a plus.
Background in health tech or user-facing product development is desirable.

Responsibilities
