OneChronos is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of complex, high-performance trading systems that power our periodic auction matching infrastructure. This role bridges technical leadership and product development, working closely with both business stakeholders and engineers to design, refine, and deliver stable, highly accurate systems on time. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing engineering execution, accurately scoping work (including time and staffing needs), and contributing to production code.
