About The Position

The Engineering Manager is an experienced and dynamic leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with experience in the HVAC industry. This person should have proven experience leading teams, projects, and collaborating with upper-level management. The engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our engineering team to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in all products and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in an engineering role, preferably within the HVAC manufacturing industry.
Strong Technical Expertise in mechanical engineering principles and HVAC systems.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and identify opportunities for professional development.
Project Management
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance to drive project success.
Monitor project timelines and resource allocation, identifying and addressing potential risks and obstacles.
Technical Expertise
Apply deep knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and HVAC systems to provide technical guidance and solutions.
Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance product performance and competitiveness.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline engineering processes and workflows, driving efficiencies and cost savings.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to propose and implement innovative ideas.
Stakeholder Communication
Collaborate with internal stakes holders such as sales, marketing, and customer support to address customer needs and market demands.
