Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

  • Assigning work, supervises staff and verifies and documents the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system.
  • Managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Directs outside contractors and inspects quality of work by team members.
  • Responds and coordinates responses to guest calls and emergency situations.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
