The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing a team of engineers to successfully design, develop, and deliver high-quality precast concrete structures. This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of the teams work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Engineering Supervisor will oversee all aspects of projects to ensure successful and safe outcomes. The Engineering Manager reports to the Vice President of Drafting & Engineering. Salary range ($100,000-$140,000). Based on experience.
