Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience, with 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on background in cloud platform engineering.
• Experience with large-scale web services on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of cloud security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to meet roadmap goals and mentor top engineering talent.
• Experience in defining SLAs for critical infrastructure services.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continual maturation of the Cloud Governance Platform, focusing on cloud IAM and security controls.
• Define and own the roadmap and long-term vision for governance and security platforms across AWS and GCP.
• Drive compliance engineering by translating regulatory frameworks into automated controls.
• Manage software supply-chain security initiatives including SAST, DAST, and secure CI/CD patterns.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Product Engineering teams to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing, inclusive, global engineering team.
• Communicate progress, risks, and architectural decisions to senior leadership.
