Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a formal management or team lead capacity, with a track record of shipping complex features.
• Software Expertise: Over 5 years of professional experience in full -stack or backend software engineering.
• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with a specific focus on high -concurrency and asynchronous environments.
• Problem Solving: A deep -seated interest in investigating system -level bottlenecks and failures within sophisticated, multi -layered technology stacks.

Nice To Haves

• Background in deploying or optimizing multi -modal AI systems and foundational models.
• Experience building developer -facing tools or platforms that support external integrations.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Direct a high -velocity squad of software engineers to build and maintain high -fidelity digital interaction systems.
• Strategic Implementation: Partner with leadership at Fortune 500 clients to translate complex operational bottlenecks into automated, elegant software solutions.
• Platform Evolution: Collaborate with cross -functional product and design teams to standardize repeatable workflows, ensuring the underlying architecture scales across diverse industry verticals.
