The Engineering Manager – Managed Properties primary responsibility is overseeing the maintenance and operations of the resort's managed properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and maintained to company standards. This role also supports overall facilities projects and working closely with the other Engineering Manager – General Maintenance to coordinate tasks and resources across the department. The Engineering Manager – Managed Properties is also responsible for timely communication with the Facilities Director and Owners Relations Manager regarding daily operational issues, billing, and recommended repairs.
