About The Position

Manufacturing Manager / Engineering Manager / Senior Manufacturing Engineer required for a manufacturer in Cleveland, OH. The Manufacturing Manager / Engineering Manager / Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead and manage manufacturing engineers / mechanical assemblers within the facility, and be a key figure in process improvement and automation. The Manufacturing Manager / Engineering Manager / Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers and improving manufacturing processes, with preference to flow control / valves / pumps / rotating equipment products. Take a hands-on approach to support the team in solving technical challenges, particularly in automation and process improvement Regularly report to the VP of Operations on project progress, team performance, and areas for improvement, ensuring that goals and timelines are met effectively. Continuously evaluate and refine engineering processes and workflows, driving improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality. Day to day operations on site in Cleveland, OH

Requirements

Proven experience leading a manufacturing team, ideally in a Manufacturing Manager / Engineering Manager / Senior Manufacturing Engineer position
Experience manufacturing flow control / valves / pumps / rotating equipment products lines. Other product lines with commercial / industrial applications will be considered
Hands on experience in process improvement / manufacturing automation
Based in Cleveland, OH or plan to relocate
