As the Engineering Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in maintaining the physical integrity of our world-class hotel. Working alongside the Director of Engineering, you'll help shape and execute strategic initiatives for the Engineering department—driving operational excellence, team performance, and facility reliability.

Requirements

• Knowledge of building systems and the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• Hotel experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Director in managing day-to-day engineering operations across all hotel facilities, and being a strong leader on the administrative side of the operation.
• Leading efforts to maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Overseeing and mentoring a skilled engineering team of about 8 colleagues, developing training programs, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all systems—especially HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical—are operating optimally through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
