Requirements

• 1+ years of management experience in an engineering role.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) SaaS environment, preferably in a growth-focused role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and experimentation.
• Stay hands-on with the codebase, ensuring high-quality software development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product-led growth initiatives.
• Implement best practices for software development and team management.
• Analyze and optimize system performance to support rapid growth.
