Today as Korbyt, our future is at the forefront of helping to transform the workplace experience. We are searching for a hands-on engineering manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role will be part of a close-knit team operating as well rounded, full stack engineers working to enhance our digital signage and workplace experience platform.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in an engineering management position
• Experience delivering software to enterprise level clients
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with the team and be a contributing member to finding solutions
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS development
• Experience with Laravel or Node frameworks
• Experience with React, Vue or similar front-end frameworks
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
• 8+ years of software development experience
• Experience with SOC II, ISO 27001 or similar certifications
• Experience with electron or installed applications in a windows environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver features at a high velocity across diverse tech stacks
• Set and communicate team priorities that support Korbyt’s goals
• Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role
• Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching
• Design, guide and vet systems designs and write code yourself to assist the team when needed
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
