Your mission as a Carrier Engineering and Account Manager will be to ensure that Apple’s connectivity feature roadmap aligns seamlessly with global ecosystem trajectories. You will leverage your technical and interpersonal expertise to drive feature requirements from both external and internal partners across multiple hardware and software programs. Additionally, you will champion the product roadmap on an outbound basis with external partners, particularly US carriers, while serving as the primary, accountable resource for Apple leadership on all carrier network-related matters. Simultaneously, you will act as the voice of the carrier internally, translating partner requirements into actionable insights for internal engineering and product forums to ensure our solutions exceed market expectations.
