SAIC is seeking a highly qualified Engineering Manager to provide program leadership and strategic oversight for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Hypersonic and Strategic Systems (SSP) programs in Crane, IN . This critical role will focus on enabling the successful execution and growth of SSP Submarine Launch Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) and other advanced technology programs. The selected candidate will be located at the SAIC facility in Crane, IN (with Telework Flexibility 1 Day per week) . The Engineering Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Oversee multiple task efforts related to the SLCM-N and other hypersonic and strategic systems programs. Provide programmatic input for requirements definition, developmental Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategy, and master schedules in collaboration with OEM performers and stakeholders. Support comprehensive budget planning, including the development of budget requirements and monitoring financial execution to ensure alignment with program objectives. Assist in resourcing and personnel management efforts, including staffing plans for technical and programmatic needs. Foster stakeholder engagement and proactively build relationships with NSWC Crane leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and regular progress updates. Support SAIC's strategy for expanding and executing SSP and hypersonic programs, in alignment with the Global Department's mission and goals. Provide subject matter expertise on NSWC Crane and SSP-related T&E and Tech transition processes and methodologies.
