We're looking for an Engineering Manager - Solutions to own the delivery of a complex, cross-team solution from concept to launch. This is a hybrid technical and leadership role: you will directly manage a small engineering team, define and uphold the technical vision, and coordinate execution across multiple internal and external teams. You'll be the single point of accountability for ensuring the solution is technically sound, delivered on time, and aligned with strategic goals.
