You'll lead a team of 3-5 engineers working in a Ruby on Rails stack to design and build all the back end support needed for core features of our debt negotiation platform. You'll play a key role in setting the technical goals and strategy for delivering our consumer products. Our organization values clear communication, transparency, and collaboration.
