We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Product Infrastructure team. Product Infra is responsible for evolving the core systems that enable Notion to scale seamlessly, deliver reliable and performant product experiences, and empower our engineering teams to build for the future. As Notion's customer base grows-from individuals to organizations with 100,000+ users-Product Infra plays a central role in ensuring Notion's platform is robust, scalable, and delightful. As the Product Infra Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of senior engineers, including Staff+ level ICs. You will drive strategic initiatives to scale Notion to support massive workspace sizes, evolve Notion's Offline Mode toward a local-first experience, and set and execute a long-term strategy for scalability and performance, especially around data loading. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our infrastructure empowers product teams and ultimately delivers value to our users.
