About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact engineering team working on mission-critical platform services. This role is central to shaping the future of our delivery platform, powering last-mile logistics across a wide range of verticals. You will guide teams in building reliable, scalable systems and customer-facing platforms, while also driving platform reliability, scalability, and engineering velocity to support growth at global scale. Beyond optimizing established systems, you will also champion 0→1 initiatives—identifying, launching, and growing new products and capabilities that unlock untapped opportunities and set the foundation for our next wave of innovation.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership and strong product intuition.
• 2+ years of experience in people management leading full-stack teams (backend, web) of 8+ engineers.
• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive experience as an engineer in a fast-paced, product-focused development environment.
• Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of core infrastructure, advancing reliability, APIs, and engineering velocity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business, and Operations partners to define the roadmap and deliver against ambitious goals.
• Provide technical leadership through architectural guidance, code reviews, and professional development for a team of 8+.
• Foster a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
