StubHub is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team responsible for building the data systems that power personalized marketing and retention experiences for millions of fans. This is a technical leadership role focused on driving business and customer outcomes through operational rigor, data-informed decisions, and strong people management. You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality results, build a high-performing team, and raise the bar across engineering, execution, and impact. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – Santa Monica, CA About the Team: The Consumer Experience (CX) team is responsible for shaping the end-to-end journey for fans discovering, buying, and selling tickets to their favorite live events across StubHub’s web and mobile platforms. As the team at the forefront of fulfilling StubHub’s mission to become the global destination for live event access, CX designs and delivers the product experiences that millions of fans engage with every day. Within CX, the Performer team focuses on the critical moment when a fan moves from exploring to choosing the perfect event for their favorite artist, team, or tournament. This is where curiosity turns into commitment. By combining thoughtful design, resilient engineering, and data-driven experimentation, the Performer team creates experiences that build trust, spark excitement, and drive conversion—ultimately helping bring more people to more live events around the world.
