As a Senior Engineer, you will: Design and develop highly scalable solutions to enhance existing applications or support new applications. Optimize existing code for maintainability, performance, and testability. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes. Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment processes. Improve application quality through the development of unit and automated UI tests. Lead vision, strategy, and patterns/practices discussions within the team. Advise on and help shape technical requirements for various initiatives. Thrive in ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities and evolving requirements to achieve shared goals for the team, organization, and business.
