  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP, or AWS/Azure), observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, or similar), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
  • Experience designing or scaling shared platform services, internal APIs, or service frameworks, ideally in environments moving from monolith to service-oriented architecture.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance requirements (experience in regulated or financial contexts is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to turn ambiguous technical challenges into prioritized, actionable plans.
  • Excellent architectural judgment and the ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic short-term solutions.

  • Drive evolution from monolithic systems to modular, service-oriented architecture, enabling multi-product expansion.
  • Establish and promote platform thinking, production readiness, and responsible AI adoption across teams.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in engineering velocity and operational efficiency through tools, CI/CD pipelines, and platform capabilities.
