About The Position

The Engineering Manager II role leads engineering efforts across design, testing, and logistics, ensuring standards are met. The candidate will support team coordination, brief leadership, and contribute to scheduling and resource planning.

Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance
• A bachelor's degree in an applicable field plus one full academic year of graduate education in the specialized field; or a bachelor's degree in a specialized field plus 3 years of applicable experience; or bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all design reviews, tests, logistics efforts.
• Oversees and supports engineering teams.
• Briefs leadership stakeholders regarding engineering efforts.
• Writes engineering plans, findings, recommendations.
• Enforces engineering standards, policies, and regulations.
• Provides input to Master Scheduler regarding sequencing of tasks, durations, dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinates resource assignments with Program Manager and Task Order Project Managers.
