Requirements

  • Experience consulting with key partners and maximizing engineering resources.
  • Experience ensuring delivery by allocating engineering talent effectively.
  • Experience hiring, team building, performance management, mentorship, and employee development.
  • Experience advocating engineering best practices.

  • Professional industry exposure to programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Expertise in driving data strategy and delivering high-impact solutions.
