Our team is in charge of iCloud Backup, which means millions of Apple customers trust us with the safety of their personal data. This brings great visibility to our work. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical management role, overseeing strategic projects and driving cross-functional collaboration
Experience with building and maintaining high-scale, high-availability services and products
Product-minded, data-driven leader who always starts with the question "why?"
Strong communication skills, especially with non-engineering partners
Proven track record of building and executing multi-year product and technology roadmaps
Ability to attract, hire and retain engineering talent
