  • Drive technical strategy to align team vision with Hudl’s overall vision.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of high-impact work on time by making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across the product suite.
  • Coach a team of four to eight Software Engineers, supporting their professional development.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies to champion Agile practices.
  • Experience with cloud technology and building highly scalable software solutions.
  • Proven track record of scaling efficiently and handling large volumes of data.
  • Ability to set technical direction and guide the team towards successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Professional background in relevant technologies such as C#, React, React Native, Rust, Python, MongoDB, and AWS.
  • Experience in product partnership and collaboration with Product Managers.
