Articulate is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Growth Team! As an engineering manager, you’ll lead a team of 4–6 engineers focused on accelerating how customers discover, adopt, and expand their use of Articulate products. Comfort with management practices, strong collaboration skills, and data fluency are key in this role. As a leader, you’ll be accountable for your team shipping reliable, scalable features and experiments that drive product-led growth. You may spend less time writing code, but there is an expectation to still engage in technical work such as feature development, bug fixes, and maintenance—always with the goal of improving your team’s productivity over your own output. More than writing code, you’ll hold responsibility for identifying bottlenecks in the process and unblocking these roadblocks to ensure team success.
