Growth Engineering sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and data—owning the systems that turn curious visitors into engaged, paying customers. We own CAC for self-serve acquisition: paid channels, referrals, organic/SEO, and everything in between. We run high-volume experiments, move fast, and measure everything. Our job is to figure out what users love quickly, then double down. YOUR MISSION As the Engineering Manager for Growth, you will own the technical strategy and execution for Mural's self-serve growth engine—from acquisition through conversion. You will lead a team of ~5 engineers rebuilding our onboarding experience to dramatically improve trial-to-paid conversion, while scaling our experimentation platform to support 10x more concurrent tests. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Product, and Data to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship experiments that move the needle on revenue.
