As an Engineering Manager on Boulevard’s Frontend Experience team, you will lead the evolution of customer experiences into a modular, mobile-optimized, React-based architecture. This role combines deep technical leadership with people management, guiding a team of engineers through a modernization journey encompassing module federation, web-based mobile enablement, and design system evolution. You will own the technical execution of the modular frontend strategy, ensuring consistent, performant experiences across all customer touchpoints, while also mentoring engineers, collaborating with product teams, and shaping the systems and culture of how Boulevard builds.
