The Firefox Onboarding Messaging and Communication (OMC) Frontend Engineering Manager leads a geographically distributed team across North American time zones responsible for Firefox’s in-product messaging surfaces. The OMC team owns the messaging system that helps onboard new users and keeps existing users informed about new features and capabilities within the browser. In close partnership with Product, the team experiments with message content and orchestration to deliver thoughtful, well-timed experiences that improve engagement and user value.
