About The Position
The Farmer’s Dog is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of a subscription e-commerce platform that supports hundreds of thousands of daily orders. This role involves providing development, coaching, and mentorship to the engineering team, refining processes, and managing multi-functional teams. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for performance management and group development, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to enhance product offerings and streamline processes.
