About The Position

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering management
  • Strong full-stack development background, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
  • Proven experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with complex authentication and workflow requirements
  • Track record of successfully delivering large technical initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Experience implementing engineering best practices, monitoring, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and grow engineering teams

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows is a plus
  • Previous experience in fintech or regulated industries is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Dashboard engineering team, overseeing resources, timelines, and delivery quality
  • Drive technical execution and operational excellence for platform initiatives including approvals workflows, API management, and user experience improvements
  • Partner with Product and Design teams to make strategic, data-driven decisions benefiting customers
  • Identify and remove technical or process bottlenecks that could impede team performance
  • Implement engineering best practices, including testing, monitoring, and incident response
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent to build a high-performing, collaborative team
  • Guide technical direction and provide actionable insights to ensure scalable and reliable solutions
