About The Position

Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in engineering management
- Strong full-stack development background, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and backend systems
- Proven experience building and scaling customer-facing applications with complex authentication and workflow requirements
- Track record of successfully delivering large technical initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across engineering, product, and business teams
- Experience implementing engineering best practices, monitoring, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and grow engineering teams
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows is a plus
- Previous experience in fintech or regulated industries is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Dashboard engineering team, overseeing resources, timelines, and delivery quality
- Drive technical execution and operational excellence for platform initiatives including approvals workflows, API management, and user experience improvements
- Partner with Product and Design teams to make strategic, data-driven decisions benefiting customers
- Identify and remove technical or process bottlenecks that could impede team performance
- Implement engineering best practices, including testing, monitoring, and incident response
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent to build a high-performing, collaborative team
- Guide technical direction and provide actionable insights to ensure scalable and reliable solutions
