Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and secure, Internet-facing applications
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers and managing cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of data modeling (SQL/NoSQL), performance optimization, and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to communicate technical strategy clearly to business stakeholders and senior leadership
• A passion for product thinking-you build with user experience and business impact in mind

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Manage a global team of full-stack engineers building secure, high-performing digital products used by clients and internal stakeholders
• Architect for Scale: Design end-to-end, cloud-native solutions (AWS) that are performant, resilient, and secure by design
• Shape the Future: Define the technical roadmap and execution strategy in partnership with product leaders and senior executives
• Innovate with Purpose: Introduce new technologies and frameworks that drive measurable impact-across data, UX, and integration layers
• Ensure Quality: Champion engineering excellence, automation, testing discipline, and CI/CD adoption
