Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
• Strong experience in cloud technologies and backend architectures, preferably in Python and AWS environments.
• Proven track record in building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technology strategy aligned with product goals.
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers focused on building AI-based features.
• Drive the adoption of best engineering practices, tools, and standards.
• Mentor engineers to build strong career paths and technical leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, design, and data science teams.
