Position Summary: The Engineering Maintenance Technician 1 will Investigate building systems and document operational data; and prepare recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs, and evaluations. This work is performed under the Engineering Project Manager's general supervision and under engineers' technical oversight.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
5 years related work experience can be substituted for education on a 2:1 basis.
Specific training in the area of expertise (engineering and/or maintenance discipline), such training may be at a vocational or technical school, college, or apprenticeship sponsor organization.
Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal and regulatory stipulations and codes.
