About the role: Inventory and catalog building equipment systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, life safety, etc. Maintains and creates records and processes within computerized maintenance management system. Develop, plan, schedule, and implement Planned Maintenance (PM) and other management programs. Evaluates PM methods, products, and repair procedures and develops new or modify existing procedures. Reviews and interprets mechanical/electrical drawings for new and remodel construction projects. Coordinates projects for inspections, certifications, and repairs on buildings equipment systems. Provides technical support and other troubleshooting expertise to facilities maintenance personnel. About you: Candidates with a strong knowledge of project management. The ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and instruction books. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact effectively and professionally with others.
