About The Position

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems you’ll rotate across several cross functional teams and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more. While completing different rotations you will also complete a technical master’s degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical, Systems or a related specialized area or field is required and at least 0-3 years of related work experience.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
