About The Position

As the Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for project and process engineering support within the Americas liquid operations organization. The team guides change through process engineering leadership on manufacturing projects for liquid operations. This role is based onsite in Springdale, PA, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Up to 30% regional travel is expected for in-person project scoping and implementation support. You will report to the Plant Manager. Requirements

  • Bachelors of Engineering required
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, capital project execution, process development
  • Experience with structured improvement methods
  • Experience with new equipment specification and design through commissioning
  • Background knowledge of paint and resin chemistry and processing

Nice To Haves

  • Chemical / Mechanical major preferred
  • Experience in Batch and Continuous operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Understand and proliferate manufacturing best-practices within network
  • Be a troubleshooting resource for non-standard performance in manufacturing
  • Work with Business and Advanced Manufacturing teams to modernize operations
  • Stay informed of latest technology and process developments in the industry
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process designs and conduct developmental process trials
  • Participate in projects within boundaries of subject matter expertise
  • Collaborate with site engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements
