About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Engineering Intern to support
initiatives across our machining, assembly and or controls engineering teams.
This internship offers practical, real-world experience working with
cross-functional teams on product manufacturing, assembly, testing,
troubleshooting, and ongoing process improvements within a fast-paced
manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field)
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and PLC programming (Preferred)
• Familiarity with any CAD or modeling software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate basic machine shop equipment (Lathe, Mill and Drill Press)
• Any prior experience with CNC equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help troubleshoot issues within the manufacturing processes
• Assist with the installation, setup and commissioning of new equipment
• Participate in project launch reviews and engineering change processes
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Assist with creating and updating engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production needs
• Follow all safety, quality and company procedures.
