About The Position

As a mechanical engineering intern, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment, aiding in the design and documentation of custom highway safety
trucks. At Royal Truck and Equipment, you will gain experience on integration of
systems with commercial chassis to include electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic
systems.

Responsibilities

• Create models, drawings and BOM’s to aid production.
• Verify design capabilities and limitations via finite element analysis.
• Develop work instructions in conjunction with engineering staff.
• Communicate as required to all levels of the organization on project status and goals.
• Desire to learn and improve personal knowledge as an individual and part of a group.
