About The Position

Are you ready to launch your engineering career and gain hands-on experience across a variety of engineering disciplines? Join NineStar as an Engineering Intern, where you'll work alongside seasoned professionals to gain valuable insights into the design, construction, and installation of telecom, water, wastewater, and electric services. You’ll be actively involved in engineering tasks across multiple industries, supporting the team in designing, coordinating, and overseeing projects while ensuring they meet industry standards. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a high school diploma or college degree in an Engineering or Technical program/discipline.
• A strong passion for engineering and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship or project experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design, staking, and coordination of all engineering phases for new facility drops, extensions, and repairs, ensuring compliance with approved engineering practices and established policies.
• Supporting project inspections and monitoring, including quality assurance, as-builts, and acceptance testing to ensure projects meet safety standards, building codes, and specifications.
• Assisting Engineering and logistics personnel with day-to-day duties, assignments, and project management tasks.
• Performing other duties as needed to support the team and contribute to project success.
