GENERAL DESCRIPTION At Tyonek, we're looking for engineering students who want to work with both hardware and software design to support the defense of our nation. We need students that have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and troubleshooting skills. Interns will be in-person and full time (40-hours) during the summer break from May to August. The start and end dates are flexible based on semester end and start dates DUTIES Create, update, maintain, and execute test procedures Document process and all testing data Work closely with engineer on hardware and test software design Problem Solve/Debug/Troubleshoot Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Other Duties as Assigned
