About The Position
Are you an engineering student who loves problem-solving and learning how things work? Bray International—a global leader in valves, actuators, and control products—is looking for motivated Engineering Interns to join our team. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain valuable experience in a manufacturing environment. You won’t be stuck observing from the sidelines—this role is about learning by doing and making a real impact.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
- Interest in manufacturing, product design, or engineering analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship, co-op, or hands-on experience is a plus—but not required
- Leadership or involvement in student organizations is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of one or two meaningful engineering projects that support manufacturing and business improvements
- Work closely with engineers and teams across different departments
- Use data, analysis, and problem-solving skills to tackle real engineering challenges
- Support day-to-day activities within our Global Technology Group
- Help design, test, and improve products alongside experienced engineers
