Requirements

Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Mechanical aptitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze information effectively
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and resourcefulness

Nice To Haves

Exposure to SolidWorks or other CAD software preferred

Responsibilities

Supporting project and product development tasks , such as writing and verifying specifications
Maintaining product and process documentation
Assisting with testing of processes, equipment, raw materials, and products
Helping validate equipment and engineering processes
Contributing to new product, process, or test method concepts and designs
Designing, procuring, and fabricating tooling and fixtures
Designing and coordinating engineering tests and experiments
Preparing standard reports and documentation to communicate results
Completing and maintaining engineering documentation
Assisting with training technicians and operators on new processes or test procedures
Identifying improvement opportunities and submitting ideas and solutions
Using SolidWorks or other CAD tools (experience is a plus)
