About The Position

The Engineering Intern will support the Engineering team with hands-on project work and day-to-day engineering activities. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment while contributing to ongoing projects related to product design, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with design, testing, documentation, and analysis activities.
• Support engineering projects related to product development, manufacturing processes, or quality improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and presentations as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
