Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and their application to manufacturing and product design
Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and dimensional tolerances
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Support engineering projects focused on manufacturing process improvements and optimization
Assist in developing, troubleshooting, and refining manufacturing processes and equipment
Create and update work instructions to transition processes from Engineering to Production
Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with automation design, development, and implementation projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
Support additional engineering-related tasks and projects as assigned
