Your seat at the table: Engineering Intern You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Design & Development Support Assist in the design, prototyping, and development of engineering solutions Create and update technical drawings, models, and documentation using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar Analysis & Problem Solving Conduct research and gather data to support technical problem-solving Perform calculations, simulations, and basic analysis to inform engineering decisions Testing & Validation Support system and product testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities Document test procedures, results, and findings Project & Team Collaboration Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project planning sessions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution Documentation & Continuous Improvement Maintain organized project documentation, records, and reports Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation efforts This seat reports to: Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director Our company believes leaders are critical to the success of each individual. Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, etc.)
Familiarity with engineering principles, design processes, and tools
Basic proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD software and/or relevant programming languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and good organizational habits
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on environment

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, prototyping, and development of engineering solutions
Create and update technical drawings, models, and documentation using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
